Poduzeće je osnovano od strane Angela i Nade Šimić 1989. godine i od tada je postalo jedno od vodećih poduzeća jugoistočne Europe u djelatnosti transporta i otpremništva za sektore poput farmaceutskog i zdravstvenog, prehrambenog i sektora brzo pokvarljive robe, visoke tehnologije i visoko-vrijedne robe. Preuzeto od druge generacije obitelji i profesionalnim menadžmentom, poduzeće je doživjelo solidnu ekspanziju u proteklom desetljeću, vođenu autonomnim rastom i pojedinim strateškim akvizicijama.

Poduzeće generira 14 milijuna EUR prihoda, ima flotu od 95 vozila i preko 170 zaposlenika diljem 13 poslovnica u Hrvatskoj, Sloveniji, Bosni i Hercegovini i Srbiji. Oko 60% poslovanja se odnosi na cestovni transport i 40% na pomorski i zračni transport. 75% poslovanja se odnosi na transport „hladnog lanca“, sa svim uključenim vrstama transporta.

HLADNI LANAC U ZRAČNOM TRANSPORTU

S više od 20 godina prisutnosti na zagrebačkoj zračnoj luci i kao IATA kargo agent, Primaco je razvio par unikatnih rješenja za održavanje temperaturnih uvjeta proizvoda u zračnom transportu. Za naše ključne klijente izradili smo ekspresno aktivno rješenje hladnog lanca za i iz Indije, a trenutno radimo na nekoliko projekata koji uključuju pasivna rješenja za vakcine koje moraju biti dostavljene u Afriku. Najveća snaga Primacovog hladnog lanca u zračnom transportu, je povezivanje vlastite cGDP flote vozila, auditiranih od strane klijenata, s cGDP certificiranim zračnim lukama poput FRA (bez korištenja cestovnih vozila avioprijevoznika, odlična tranzitna vremena što znači i manje troškovi najma za aktivne kontejnere, manje fizičkog kontakta ljudi s proizvodima).

Za PASIVNA rješenja koristimo cGDP certificirano skladište udaljeno 1.5 kilometara od Zračne luke (na režimu od 2°C do 8°C i 15°C do 25°C) za: isporuke proizvoda ili podjele proizvoda. Za Vaša validirana rješenja, imamo mogućnost dostave termo deka u Vaša skladišta ili skladišta klijenata. Za pasivna rješenja koristimo DUPONT termo deke svih veličina, ali isto tako i različite brendove s prilagođenim veličinama, različitim rješenjima za različite vremenske uvjete i destinacije.

HLADNI LANAC U POMORSKOM TRANSPORTU

U godinama iskustva hladnog lanca, Primaco je razvio snažne odnose sa svim vodećim brodarima za prijevoz kontejnera-hladnjače uključujući i široku listu partnera u odredišnim zemljama za dostavu do vrata s gen-setom (uključujući i pretovarenu kontejner-hladnjaču). S vlastitim uredom u luci Rijeka na kontejnerskom terminalu Brajdica
imamo mogućnost pregledati postavljene temperature na kontejneru, miris i vizualni pregled kontejnera.

UNIKATNO CARINSKO RJEŠENJE NA PRAGU EU

S 11 vlastitih carinskih ureda u Hrvatskoj uključujući i granične prijelaze s državama koje nisu članice EU, Srbija i i Bosna & Hercegovina, mi smo na samom pragu Europske Unije. Postoji mnogo prednosti koristeći naše specijaliste povezane sa carinskim, Intrastat i izvoznim uslugama. Posjedujemo potrebne kompetencije i i uvijek smo u skladu s važećim EU carinskim regulacijama. Pritom se možete pouzdati na nas u svrhu izdavanja pravodobnih i točnih dokumenata. Mi razmišljamo i radimo na poslovima vezanim uz carinsko zastupanje umjesto Vas i omogućavamo Vam da vrijedne resurse usmjerite na Vaše ključno poslovanje.

Pri uvozu proizvoda iz zemalja koje nisu članice EU, potrebno je platiti carinsku pristojbu i troškove poreza u Vašoj zemlju članici EU ukoliko se provodi klasičan uvozni postupak u Vašu zemlju, različito u odnosu na Hrvatsku. Europski carinski propisi i porezni zakoni dozvoljavaju uvozni postupak u Hrvatskoj, plaćajući pritom samo carinske troškove, a porez regulirate u Vašoj zemlji bez ikakvog plaćanja poreza. Takva vrsta uvoza zove se Postupak 42.

Carinski postupak 42 je uvoz koji pušta u proizvode u slobodan promet u Republici Hrvatskoj bez naplate poreznih troškova, ali s neodgodivom obvezom transportiranja takvih proizvoda u drugu zemlju članicu EU (članal 143./d. Direktiva Vijeća 2006/112/EC). Stopa carine se izračunava na bazi uobičajene carinske tarife EU i naplaćuje se uvozniku.

Apliciranje procedure može biti zahtijevano od strane poreznog obveznika iz druge zemlje članice EU, koji se u Hrvatskoj klasificira kao uvoznik/primatelj proizvoda u postupku uvoznog carinjenja proizvoda.

Porezni obveznici u ostalim zemljama članicama EU mogu zatražiti vlastiti Porezni broj u Hrvatskoj, ali isto tako mogu angažirati poreznog zastupnika u Hrvatskoj.

Porezni zastupnik mora biti autoriziran za primanje dokumenata, aplicirati za povrat poreza i za sve poslove povezane s izračunom i plaćanjem poreza i mora imati autorizaciju ili ugovor za porezno zastupanje.

Za carinsko zastupanje uvoznik mora predati vlastiti EORI broj i pisanu autorizaciju prema carinskom otpremniku Primacošped d.o.o. Zagreb za zastupanje ispred carinskih vlasti.

Uvozna carinska deklaracija mora biti popraćena s:

  • Autorizacijom za carinsko zastupanje
  • Autorizacijom za porezno zastupanje
  • Fakturom s jasno navedenim primateljem u drugoj državi članici
  • Transportni dokument u kojem je naznačeno odredište u drugoj državi članici
  • Izjavom kako će proizvodi, nakon carinskog postupka, biti otpremljeni u drugu državu članicu

Nakon carinjenja proizvodi će biti otpremljeni prema primatelju bez dodatnih carinskih kontrola i biti će istovareni na za to određenom mjestu. Primatelj će potvrditi primitak proizvoda verificirajući transportne dokumente i kopiju koja se mora poslati poreznog zastupniku u Hrvatsku. Primatelj u drugoj državi članici ima obavezu uračunati porez u VIES sistem sukladno poreznom zakonu te zemlje i potvrditi primitak proizvoda u Intrastat sustavu ukoliko se provodi Intrastat.

Sa više od 50 zemalja koje primjenjuju proceduru, TIR sustav je međunarodni carinsko-tranzitni sistem s najširom geografskom pokrivenošću. Kao i ostale carinsko-tranzitne procedure, TIR procedura omogućuje kretanje proizvoda pod carinskom kontrolom preko međunarodnih granica bez plaćanja obveza i poreza koje bi se inače plaćale kada su u pitanju uvozni ili izvozni postupci. Uvjet TIR procedure je da kretanje proizvoda mora odvijati cestovnim putem.

Proizvodi se kreću iz polazišnih carinskih ureda jedne zemlje u odredišni carinski ured druge zemlje pod pratnjom međunarodnog carinko-tranzitnog dokumenta, TIR carneta, koji ujedno predstavlja i garanciju odgođenih carinskih obveza i poreza. Sustavom garancije upravlja međunarodna organizacija, trenutno Udruga cestovnih prijevoznika (IRU).

Iako je svaka zemlja članica EU ugovorna stranka TIR konvencije, Europskom Unijom se smatra jedan teritorij u svrhu TIR postupka. To znači da se TIR jedino može koristiti unutar Unije za međunarodne prijevoze odnosno ukoliko prijevoz počinje ili završava u trećoj zemlji ili kada se proizvodi kreću između dvije ili više zemlje članice EU putem teritorija trećih zemalja.

IZVOZNI POSTUPAK

Izvozni postupak dozvoljava izlaz proizvoda Zajednice iz carinskog teritorija Europske Zajednice. Iz carinske perspektive, izvozni proizvodi Zajednice mijenjaju svoj status u proizvode koji nisu proizvodi Zajednice. Za takve proizvode, postupak se zove re-export. Izvozni postupak podrazumijeva apliciranje svih izlaznih formalnosti, uključujući, gdje je to primjenjivo, plaćanje povrata i izlaganje izvoznih licenci.

Vanjsko procesuiranje znači da bi proizvodi Unije mogli biti izvezeni van teritorija Unije u svrhu procesuiranja proizvoda. Procesuirani proizvodi od te robe mogu biti ponovno uvezeni i pušteni u slobodnu cirkulaciju s potpunim ili djelomičnim oslobođenjem plaćanja uvozne obveze. Potpuno oslobođenje uvozne obveze mora biti omogućeno kada su proizvodi izvezeni samo kako bi bili besplatno popravljeni sukladno ugovornim obvezama ili zbog tvorničke greške ili defekta materijala. U drugim slučajevima vanjskog procesuiranja, uvozne obveze na ponovno uvezenim proizvodima su kalkulirani na bazi vrijednosti koja rezultira iz procesuiranja poduzetog izvan carinskog teritorija Unije.

Vanjsko procesuiranje je osmišljeno kako bi se poslovanjima dala mogućnost iskorištavanja prednosti poput sniženih troškova rada ili specifičnih tehničkih ekspertiza u zemljama koje nisu članice EU.

Autorizacija carinskih vlasti je potrebna za primjenu vanjskog procesuiranja. Kompetentne carinske vlasti moraju specificirati rok unutar kojeg vanjsko procesuiranje mora biti dovršeno.

Glavni uvjeti kako bi se dobila takva vrsta autorizacije su:

  • Da je osnovan na carinskom teritoriju Europske Unije i
  • Ishoditi potrebno uvjerenje o pravilnom provođenju operacija.

Internacionalizacija poslovanja poduzeća Primacošped d.o.o. kroz sudjelovanje na međunarodnim sajmovima i B2B susretima

Kratki opis projekta:

Primacošped d.o.o. je 2017. godine na javni poziv Ministarstva gospodarstva, poduzetništva i obrta „Internacionalizacija poslovanja MSP-ova“ prijavio Projekt pod nazivom “ Internacionalizacija poslovanja poduzeća Primacošped d.o.o. kroz sudjelovanje na međunarodnim sajmovima i B2B susretima“. Nakon potpisivanja Ugovora o dodjeli bespovratnih sredstava u okviru ovog poziva Primacošped d.o.o. je kao Korisnik sredstava Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj u listopadu 2017. godine započeo provedbu Projekta. Ciljne skupine čijim je interesima Projekt izravno doprinio su društvo Primacošped koje je unaprijedilo svoj izvozni potencijal te postojeći i novi klijenti koji  konzumacijom cjelovite usluge unaprjeđuju svoje poslovanje i svoju konkurentnost. Projekt je uspješno završen u kolovozu 2019. godine.

Ciljevi i očekivani rezultati projekta:

Svrha (cilj) Projekta je ojačati međunarodnu konkurentnost društva Primacošped kroz predstavljanje cjelovite logističke usluge visoke kvalitete međunarodnoj poslovnoj zajednici na odabranim međunarodnim sajmovima i B2B susretima te kroz ulaganje u povećanje vidljivosti Korisnika na međunarodnom tržištu, što će posljedično dovesti do širenja poslovanja na nove partnere i nova inozemna tržišta te povećanja opsega poslovne suradnje s već postojećim inozemnim poslovnim partnerima na postojećim tržištima, odnosno do povećanja prihoda iz izvoza i prihoda od prodaje.

COOL CHAIN AIRFREIGHT

With more than 20 years on ZAG airport and as IATA cargo agent, Primaco has developed couple of unique solutions for temperature regime goods in air transport. Using different kind of active cool containers, different sizes and brands for thermal blankets and thermal boxes, Primaco has solutions for any season, any size and any temperature regime shipments in import or export.

For our key accounts we have created a express active cool chain to and from India but currently we are working on couple other projects which for example include passive solutions for vaccines to be delivered in Africa. One of the biggest strength Primacos cool chain in air transport is connecting own vehicles as cGDP standards, audited from customers with GDP certifited airports like FRA (no RFS, excellent transit times which gives you less rental fee for active containers, less people touch goods).

For PASSIVE solutions we use rented GDP warehouse 1,5 kms from airport Zagreb (2-8C and 15-25C) for: carriage ready goods or breakdown. For Your validated solution we have ability to bring thermal blankets into customers warehouse. For passive solutions we use DUPONT thermal blankets all sizes, but also different brands with custom size, different solutions for different season and different destinations.

COOL CHAIN SEAFREIGHT

Through years of connections in cool chain Primaco has developed strong relations with all major ocean carriers for reefer container transport including wide list of contact partners in destination countries for door delivery with gen set (including overload reefer containers). With own office in port of Rijeka on container terminal Brajdica we have ability to recheck each container set up to right temperature as smell and visual recheck.

Your unique customs solution on doorstep of EU

With 11 own customs offices in Croatia including border-crossings with non-EU countries Serbia and Bosnia&Hercegovina, we are at the very doorstep of the European Union. There are many advantages to using our specialists in connection with customs, Intrastat and exports services. We have the necessary competencies and are always up-to-date on current European Customs regulations. You can therefore rely on us to ensure that all documentation is in order. We perform all the thinking and work assciated with customs-related activities instead of you, freeing up valuable resources that you can devote to your core business instead.

When importing goods from non EU countries, it is required to pay customs and VAT duties in your EU member state if you perform classic import customs procedure in your own country, different from Croatia. Yet, European customs and VAT laws has allowed to perform import customs procedure in Croatia, to  pay only customs fees and then to regulate VAT in your own country without any payment of VAT at all. That kind of import is called customs procedure 42.

Customs procedure 42 is import releasing of the goods for free circulation in the Republic of Croatia without charging the VAT, but with obligation to transport those goods immediately to another EU Member State (Article 143./d of Council Directive 2006/112 /EC). The customs duty rate is calculated on the basis of the Common Customs Tariff of the EU and is charged to the importer.

The application of the procedure can be required by a taxpayer from another EU country, which in Croatia appears as the importer/consignee of goods in the process of import customs clearance of goods.

Taxpayers based in the other countries in EU can claim for their own VAT ID number in Croatia, but can also appoint a tax representative in Croatia.

The tax representative must be authorized for the receipt of papers, submitting a VAT return application and performing all operations in connection with the assessment and payment of VAT, and possess the authorization or contract for tax representation.

For customs clearance the importer must give his EORI number and a written authorization to the customs forwarder Primacošped d.o.o., Zagreb for representation in front of the customs authorities.

The import customs declaration must be accompanied by:

  • authorization for customs representation
  • authorization for tax representation
  • invoice with indicated consignee in another member state
  • transport document, in which as the place of destination is indicated another Member State
  • statement that the goods after customs clearance will be shipped to another Member State.

After customs clearance goods are shipped to the recipient without further customs control and are unloaded at the appointed place. The recipient confirms the receipt of goods by verifying the transport document a copy of which he sends to the tax representative in Croatia. The recipient in another Member State is obligated to calculate VAT on subject in VIES System according to the tax laws of that country and to put receiveng of the goods in Intrastat System if he is Reporting Intrastat unit.

With over 50 countries using the procedure, the TIR system is the international customs transit system with the widest geographical coverage. As other customs transit procedures, the TIR procedure enables goods to move under customs control across international borders without the payment of the duties and taxes that would normally be due at importation (or exportation). A condition of the TIR procedure is that the movement of the goods must include transport by road.

Goods move from a customs office of departure in one country to a customs office of destination in another country under cover of an internationally accepted customs transit document, the TIR carnet, which also provides a financial guarantee for the payment of the suspended duties and taxes. The guarantee system is managed by an international organisation, which is currently the International Road Transport Union (IRU).

Although each EU Member State is a Contracting Party to the TIR Convention, the European Union is considered to be a single territory for the purposes of the TIR procedure. This means TIR can only be used in the Union for international movements, i. e. where the movement either starts or ends in a third country, or where the goods move between two or more EU Member States via the territory of a third country.

EXPORT PROCEDURE

The export procedure allows exit of Community goods from the EC customs territory. From a customs point of view, exported Community goods change their status to non-Community goods. For non-Community goods, the operation is called ‘re-exportation’.

The export procedure entails the application of all exit formalities, including, where applicable, the payment of export refunds and the presentation of export licences.

Outward processing means that Union goods may be temporarily exported from the customs territory of the Union in order to undergo processing operations. The processed products resulting from these goods can be re-imported and released for free circulation with total or partial relief from import duty. A total relief from import duties must be granted when the goods have been exported merely to be repaired free of charge because of a contractual obligation or because of a manufacturing or material defect. In other cases of outward processing, the import duties on the re-imported products are calculated only on the basis of the value resulting from the processing operation undertaken outside the customs territory of the Union.

Outward processing procedure is designed to give businesses the possibility to take advantage of benefits such as lower labour costs or specific technical expertise in non-EU countries.

An authorisation from the customs authorities is required for the use of the outward processing procedure. The competent customs authorities must specify the period within which the outward processing procedure is to be discharged.

The main requirements to obtain such authorisation are:

To be established in the customs territory of the Union, and

To provide necessary assurance of the proper conduct of the operations.
